Repairs are currently by appointment only and there are no drop-ins available. Once you have made contact with us we will ask you when you would like to have the repair carried out and agree on a drop off and collection time. The address is 166 Green Lane, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK179DG. You will be greeted at the door and the phone will be handed over.
If you need to cancel your Appointment please contact us a minimum of 2 hours before the agreed drop off time.
No personal data on your phone will be viewed or backed up however you may be required to remove the phones passcode if it uses one or let us know the code so that we can fully test out all of the functions of the phone after the repair is complete. This is optional and if you do not want to provide access to the phone past the lock screen then that is not a problem.
Payment can be made by cash on collection, card payment on collection (Additional 3.4% Surcharge) or up front bank transfer.
All iPhone repairs are covered under our 90 Day Warranty period. The warranty covers only the malfunction of an installed component and in the event of a malfunctioning component this will be replaced like for like free of charge. If on inspection it becomes apparent that the component has become faulty through accidental damage then the full price for the repair will be charged to the customer. The customer will be notified first of this before continuing to carry out the replacement.
There are no returns or refunds on repairs. On purchased items such as Charging equipment, screen protectors (Not installed), refunds are available for faulty items or unwanted unused items within 14 days.
Only high quality components are used for iPhone repairs. Replacement screens are of the same quality as OEM screens and there is no visual difference.
